Angela Anders – Principal

Angela Anders is the majority owner and managing partner of AJA & Associates, LLC, which is a certified Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Entity (ACDBE). As a former Executive Assistant for SEMCO Energy, one of the largest energy companies in the Midwest, Angela worked jointly with the CEO, CFO, CIO, Chief General Counsel, and other high-level executives. She has extensive experience in leadership and management development as well as strong communication and organizational skills to manage a variety of special projects. Previous experience at the Hantz Group strengthened her employee development expertise with an emphasis on staff efficiency.

Julie Anders – Principal

Julie Anders brings years of experience in operations and sales management to AJA & Associates, LLC. Previously, she served as the COO at Rainbow Tape and Label (RTL), which has been a family-owned and operated business for more than 40 years. Through this work, she communicated effectively with vendors, customers, and employees to ensure successful daily operations. Most recently, Julie has been working with a Wayne County-based company, acting as liaison for police agencies and overseeing payroll, employees, and scheduling. She has considerable expertise implementing quality management standards, business operations, marketing, advertising, and communications.
